"Accurate Calibration and Clear Paperwork"
I sent my torque wrench in for calibration, and it came back right on spec. The paperwork was easy to understand, which gave me confidence that everything was done properly. It did take a little while, but accuracy was the main thing I needed, and they delivered on that. I’d feel comfortable trusting them with my tools again

"Warranty replacement was smooth"
I had to make a warranty claim on my ratchet last week, it went quicker than I thought it would. I sent the first message early in the week, had to go back and forth a couple times, and by a few days later they had it sorted and a replacement on the way. It wasn’t a flawless process, but overall I was happy with how it turned out.

"Arrived on Time and Everything Was Fine"
I ordered a few tools and they showed up right when they were supposed to, which was definitely reassuring. The tracking updates were decent too, so I wasn’t left wondering where my order was. The box did have a small dent when it arrived, which made me a little nervous at first, but thankfully everything inside was perfectly fine.

"Good quality, but I expected more for the price"
It’s definitely solid and seems well made, but I’ll admit I felt a little misled by the price. I expected it to feel more premium or come with a bit more than it did. Not bad at all, just pricier than I think it should be.

"Usually a Good Experience, But I’m Expecting an Apology"
My Snap-on franchise dealer is usually great, always on time, knows his tools, and never makes me feel pressured to buy anything. He’s helpful whenever I have a question, and most of the time, buying tools from him is easy. That said, something must’ve gone off this last time, and I’m expecting an apology because it didn’t feel like the kind of service I’m used to.

"Really Happy With the Quality"
I picked up a ratchet and a couple of sockets from Snap-on, they feel fantastic in the hand. They’re super solid and fit so much better than my cheaper set, which made using them feel really satisfying. I did take off one star because the finish had a tiny scuff right out of the box, but overall I’m still really pleased with the purchase.

"Support Cleared Things Up Quickly"
I had a small billing mix-up after placing my order where the payment stayed pending longer than I expected, so I was a little worried at first. I called support and they got it sorted out quickly, which I really appreciated. I do wish the update emails had been a bit clearer, but everything arrived and I wasn’t charged anything extra. Overall, I’m satisfied with how it turned out.

"Still holding up great"
I’ve been using my Snap-on ratchets and sockets for a while now, mostly for garage work and a few tougher jobs. They’ve been dropped, tossed around in the toolbox, and pushed harder than they probably should be, but they still feel solid and tight. They’re not cheap, but I like that I’m not replacing the same tools every year

I’ve been using my Snap-on ratchet and sockets every day at the shop, and they’ve held up really well so far. No slipping, no weird issues, just dependable tools when I need them. I actually managed to finish a stubborn job a little quicker the other day, which felt like a nice win. I’m giving it 4 stars only because the price still stings a bit.

I did end up finding what I needed, but the site felt clunky to use. The menus were confusing, and a few pages loaded slowly enough that I kept wondering why I was wasting so much energy just trying to get around. It gets the job done, but it could definitely be smoother and easier

I found a really good range of tools on Snap-on’s site, and pretty much everything I was looking for was there. Some items aren’t super easy to compare unless you already know exactly what you need, but it’s still simple to browse around. The prices aren’t cheap, but there’s definitely no shortage of options.

"Pretty good overall"
I’ve ordered from snapon a couple times now and most of the tools I needed was actually in stock, which is nice cause some other sites are always out. One item did say it was available but then got delayed, so that was kinda annoying. It still showed up though, and the site is easy enough to use and check stuff. I’d give it 4 stars

"Good Tools, Shipping Was a Bit Frustrating"
I ordered a few tools from snapon.com the website itself was easy to use, so I was feeling good about it at first. Then the shipping updates kind of dropped off, which got frustrating because I expected things to move a little faster. For a minute I was annoyed, but once the tools finally arrived, they were in great shape and exactly what I needed. So overall, not a bad experience, just one of those orders where the product was solid but the delivery process could definitely be smoother
